Targeted Neutralisation is for one named target per purchase. Targeted + General Sweep covers one named target and a wider sweep of unnamed interference. Multiple separately named targets require their own targeted submissions.

How specific can my Targeted Neutralisation petition be?

State your desired outcome as specifically as you can. You may put the worst of your own creativity and sadism into the petition; you are submitting a request, not ordering a guaranteed result. The Higher Council determines whether it is approved and, if so, the appropriate severity and manner of response. Guidance is available after you submit the form if you are unsure how to word it.

Do I need to attend, prepare, or do anything after the ritual?

No. The rite is conducted remotely and non-participatively during the stated Saturnian window. You do not need to attend TikTok Live, prepare materials, or complete post-ritual work. Follow the post-payment email promptly to submit your required details, then move forward with daily life.

Results vary and no particular outcome, timing, or approval can be guaranteed. Reported shifts may be immediate or may unfold over days or weeks. Phoebe receives no approval confirmations or progress reports from the Higher Council and does not provide status updates for this group service. If a message needs to be passed on, Phoebe will reach out.

Can this backfire, be traced, or turn into endless retaliation?

The rite is conducted under the RAD Magickal Method, including entity oversight, Saturnian timing, protective sealing, and structural obfuscation. The Higher Council is the governing authority that determines approval, justification, and severity. It does not operate as an endless cycle of people “fighting back and forth”: any subsequent request is independently subject to the same Council approval and justification, rather than personal desire.
